TMR is proud to introduce the repositioning of Sparro Apartments in Tucson, AZ. Formerly known as Desert Shadows, this 338-unit property has undergone dramatic upgrades to nearly every aspect of the community.
In addition to the branding launch of its new name, Sparro, all four of its pools have been refreshed with resort-style furnishings, the clubhouse and fitness center have been fully remodeled, the pet park enhanced, and a new 500-foot branded mural by a local Tucson artist now beautifies the community. Furthermore, nearly one-third of its units have been renovated to market-leading interior unit finishes, with continued unit renovations to be completed at vacancies.
