TMR partners with a local charity in every market we invest in. Our chosen nonprofit organization in Albuquerque is Cuidando Los Niños, which is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education, therapeutic services, supportive housing, and parent education.
On November 7, 2023, TMR sponsored a volunteer day with about 25 staff members from our five Albuquerque properties showing up to Cuidando’s campus ready to work. The energetic crew installed a new brightly painted fence, repaired and painted pergolas, installed new lights, and completed other impactful maintenance projects. Additionally, one of TMR’s long-standing partners, Reliable Maintenance & Repair, joined in the efforts, adding improvements to the tree house and replacing the wood bridges on the playground.
TMR’s Albuquerque team did amazing work for this deserving organization. And the smiles on the faces of the children when they saw their improved playground… priceless!
