Seattle, WA – TMR Investments recently announced it has welcomed Brendan Soelling as director of acquisitions. In his role, Soelling will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s multifamily asset portfolio.

Brendan joins TMR Investments with more than eight years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he served as associate director at Newmark, representing a 3M+ SF portfolio on behalf of owners and landlords across the Puget Sound. Over his career, Brendan has completed over 80 transactions annually, resulting in more than $100M in sale and lease considerations on behalf of institutional and private owners.
Brendan is a native of the Pacific Northwest and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and participating in or attending various sporting events.
