Toni has been working with TMR as a business coach and consultant for over 10 years. Toni’s counsel has helped us build the TMR team and grow into the company we are today. We are thrilled to announce Toni has taken on the role of TMR’s Chief of Staff. In this capacity, she continues to provide invaluable guidance on strategy, planning, and execution of our key initiatives. Additionally, Toni works closely with our amazing staff to harness their skills and passion into a consistently high performing team.
Toni brings a wealth of experience from her employment with large and small companies, including Apple, Corbis, and Getty Images. Over the last two decades she transitioned to consulting and coaching, developing a rich background in planning, execution, best practices, and workflow efficiencies.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys spending quality time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and dabbling in flower gardening.
Regan Krueger comes to TMR from Baker Tilly US, a leading international advisory CPA firm in Seattle. As an associate there, Regan worked on complex audit issues, utilizing her exceptional problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies, investigate irregularities and identify financial reporting errors.
Regan is a graduate from Washington State University and is a fully licensed CPA. She joins TMR as a senior staff accountant and has already established herself as a high value contributor with her attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
When she is not at work, you might find Regan utilizing her Spanish language skills or exploring new places such as her recent trek on the Camino de Santiago.
