Originally named Palm Canyon Apartments, this garden style apartment community had obvious value-add potential and an excellent location in northwest Tucson. The property is just minutes from Oro Valley, Tucson’s top residential and commercial district. It is also adjacent to a major medical plaza and less than one-half mile from Northwest Hospital, one of Tucson’s largest hospitals. Additionally, more than 1,000,000 sf of upscale retail shopping, dining and services are within a few minutes’ drive.  

Recently renamed “Circ” as part of our rebranding strategy, the property had been operated by the prior owner as an average, blue-collar rental despite its proximity to a fast-growing medical community, upscale retail and other businesses. TMR’s $5,000,000+ renovation is designed to reposition the property for a more discerning class of renters with stronger earnings. Improvements include a stylishly remodeled clubhouse/office, modernized fitness facilities, resort-style furnishings and décor at both swimming pools, secure package locker system, extensive landscaping enhancements and new, outdoor amenities. The post-renovation quality of TMR’s planned apartment interior renovations are on par with most brand-new multifamily developments.
