The firm’s sole focus is acquiring large value-add opportunities in dynamic markets, then executing a time-tested and highly successful repositioning model.  As of May 2023, TMR’s portfolio spans 5 states with nearly 3,500 units and is valued at over $850 million. 

Over 40 years and multiple economic cycles, TMR’s track record demonstrates a consistent, winning approach – it has acquired over $1 billion of multifamily assets, deployed over $400 million in investor capital, produced more than $210 million in profits and averaged an IRR of 22%.  But most notably, it has never lost a dollar of capital.
